VIBE JRS 2020 Dance Competition

When: Sunday, February 9, 2020 | Doors Open - 4PM | Show Starts - 5PM 
Where: Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center (Redondo Beach, CA)

Competition Guidelines:

• Must meet the requirement of a minimum of 15 dancers 

• Each dancer's date of birth must not be BEFORE January 1, 2001

• Registration Deadline: Friday, November 15, 2019

Before applying, each competitive team must meet the following requirements:

• A team bio and social media links

• Each dancer's date of birth must not be BEFORE January 1, 2001

• Your team must have 15 or more dancers

• Submit one link to your most recent performance (Note: we highly recommend a performance video. If you have multiple links, we will only review the first one. Concept videos or studio shot performances are usually not accepted)

What's VIBE JRS all about?

 

VIBE Dance Competition is the junior division urban choreography competition. A panel of judges will judge each performance based on execution, performance, and creativity.
​

Any team interested in performance at VIBE Jrs must apply through an application. The staff will review each application and select a number of competition teams to compete at the show.

 

What happens after you apply?

 

You will receive an email from us if your team is selected to perform at our event, and you'll have about 10 days to let us know if you are accepting the invitation.

​

The rules and guidelines for this competition will only be provided to teams accepted to compete.
 

Each competitive team member will be given an agreement to sign and are required to pay a registration fee upon acceptance.
